The last two residential mortgages we have been involved in, whilst in the Plymouth area, were lending over £1 million, and both for clients with multiple complicated streams of income. Due to current volumes of work Mayfair regretfully only act for existing clients with residential mortgage requirements or where the mortgage loan is greater than £150,000. An application fee applies to all residential applications.
