With over 20 years broking experience, senior partner Robert Smith will examine the whole of the market to get the best funding option available in the most expedient manner.  Providing a focused service, Mayfair’s working process is not distracted by other aspects of financial services (however the services of other specialists are available on request or if deemed appropriate). 

 

Thanks to being totally independent, Mayfair are not constrained to a preferred panel of lenders and strive to regularly look at offerings of new or different lenders. Allowing a flexible and ever changing service, we consider lenders who have newly entered the market and also new propositions from lenders of all sizes.

With this level of experience, and also having been involved in property investing for almost as long, Robert is considered the broker of choice for many new and experienced landlords. This has also led to him being consulted by lenders in their product design for their valued clients.

 

Historically, Mayfair have acted for a very large number of estate agents and also financial advisers in their own mortgage transactions; in fact until recently Mayfair’s biggest client was another broker!
